I buy a license of utility/game/API and i received a ELS file zipped , but it show always than a evaluation version , why ?

You must import the ELS file in double click in since utility Total Commander or Microsoft Windows Explorer , in entering the password provided by mail and

click Install It and retype password and confirm OK.
